I was a really angry person. This small trick that my master taught me has helped me to great extent to keep the anger under control. I hardly get angry. Even if I get angry, I I am fully aware of it and I am in full control of it. It is a great quality to develop – To be angry on that situation and not on the person. It helps us quickly forgive the person and smile! 🙂
Instead of saying “I am angry on you.” say “i am angry for now on what has happened.” It makes a world of a difference right!
